Returns Eligibility

Due to the sensitive nature of our products and to maintain quality assurance, we do not accept returns.

Reporting Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact our support team with the contact email below, within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos.

Refunds
